SHIPPING
All orders will be packaged and shipped within 7 business days of purchase, barring exceptional circumstances. If this schedule cannot be met, the customer will be notified of the reason for the delay via the email address you provided.
Orders are shipped from Unitd Kingdom using Roal Mail, and tracking numbers will be provided. International orders will be sent via air mail to ensure timely delivery.
All orders will have flat-rate shipping applied: £10 within the UK, and £50 for all other International locations. Note that actual shipping charges may exceed these flat-rate amounts. If the customer wishes to return a piece, they will be responsible for the actual shipping charge as well as return shipping.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment, though a $10 cancellation fee may apply. A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped. Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has shipped.
RETURNS
Returns are available within 10 days of delivery. Please contact the seller before sending a return. No refunds will be made on shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping and handling charges, and ensuring safe return to seller. Upon being accepted, your refund will be processed within 7 business days less original shipping costs (including those exceeding the initial flat-rate fee) and a £10 restocking fee.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or customs fees. Failure to pay these fees will result in the package being returned to the sender or destroyed. If the package is returned in good condition, the customer will receive a refund less all shipping and return shipping costs, as well as a £20 restocking and inconvenience fee.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If the package arrives damaged, please do not open it. Document with photographs and send them to info@susanbunn.co.uk. A claim will be submitted to the postal service so that a refund may be offered.
