From this elevated vantage point, the subtle shifts in colour and movement of light are translated into layered textures and luminous gold leaf. Part of the City Reflects Series, the work explores the balance between realism and abstraction—where marks and tones flow across an irregular, textured ground, evoking rhythm, reflection, and the quiet awakening of the city.
